A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Nayan Kapadia.

"I started this work because I know what it's like to feel lost in your own mind, and I know what it takes to find your way back."

Mental Health Counsellor • Trained in CBT & REBT • Art of Living Teacher

Grounded in psychology, backed by evidence, and centered on empathy.

I'm Nayan Kapadia, a Mumbai-based Mental Health Counsellor. Long before I became a counsellor, I went through my own period of confusion, low confidence, and not knowing which way was up - the kind of stretch that makes you feel like you're the only one going through it. I wasn't.

That experience is a large part of why I do this work today. I know how much it matters to have someone actually listen - not rush you toward advice, not make you feel like a problem to be fixed, just genuinely hear what you're carrying.
